Welcome to Silver Phase Performance

Mobility, strength and agility group training built for adults 60+. Stay active, reduce injury risk, and keep up with life — and pickleball.

Silver Phase focuses on safe, functional movement: joint mobility, balance, low‑impact strength, and quickness drills tailored to older adults. Groups are small, coach‑led, and progress at your pace — perfect for maintaining independence and improving balance and sport performance.

What to expect

- 30-45 minute coach-led sessions

- Warm‑up + mobility, strength/conditioning, balance/agility, cool‑down

- Progressions scaled for joint health and chronic conditions

- Small group sizes and hands-on coaching

- Friendly environment focused on function, not competition

Active retirees, beginner exercisers, pickleball players, and anyone 60+ wanting to move better, reduce falls, and preserve independence.
